丁氟螨酯的合成與初步生物活性研究 |

| 摘 要：為研究丁氟螨酯的活性特點(diǎn)，以對叔丁基苯乙腈為起始原料，經(jīng)親核取代和酯交換反應得到丁氟螨酯，其結構經(jīng)LC／MS、1H NMR確證。初步考察了酯交換反應中催化劑種類(lèi)及丁氟螨酯合成中物料配比對反應收率的影響，在優(yōu)化條件下，合成總收率達50%。初步生物活性測試結果表明，丁氟螨酯在低至1 mg／L濃度下對蜱螨目棉紅蜘蛛仍表現出優(yōu)異活性，但在500 mg／L濃度下對鱗翅目粘蟲(chóng)和同翅目蚜蟲(chóng)沒(méi)表現出明顯的活性。 |

| Abstract：Cyflumetofen was synthesized by nucleophilic substitution and interesterification reactions from p-tert-butylphenylacetonitrile. Structure were confirmed by LC-MS、1H NMR. The effects of catalyst, materials ratio were investigated. The compound was obtained in 50% yield under the optimal conditions. The compounds exhibited excellent acaricidal activities against mite(Tetranchus urticae)at a concentration of 1 mg／L. The compounds exhibited low insecticidal activities against Lepidopteran pests(Mythimna separata)and Homopteran pests(Aphis fabae)at a concentration of 500 mg／L. |
