鷹嘴豆芽素A 7-O-β-D-吡喃木糖苷的合成與抗缺氧活性研究 |

摘 要:以乙酰溴代木糖和鷹嘴豆芽素A為原料,采用相轉移催化法在鷹嘴豆芽素A 7位羥基處引入糖苷,合成得到了鷹嘴豆芽素A 7-O-β-D-吡喃木糖苷,方法簡(jiǎn)單,條件溫和,收率較高。產(chǎn)物結構通過(guò)1H NMR、IR和ESI-MS分析確認。通過(guò)小鼠常壓密閉耐缺氧實(shí)驗和化學(xué)物質(zhì)中毒實(shí)驗對其抗缺氧活性進(jìn)行評價(jià),結果表明:鷹嘴豆芽素A 7-O-β-D-吡喃木糖苷表現出了較高的抗缺氧活性。 |

Synthesis and Anti-hypoxia Activity of Biochanin A-7-O-β-D-xylopyranoside |

Abstract:Using α-D-xylopyranosyl bromide and biochanin A as the starting materials, biochanin A-7-O-β-D-xylopyranoside was synthesized by means of phase transfer catalysis. This route has advantages of mild reaction conditions, simple procedures and high yield. The structure was characterized by 1H NMR, IR and EI-MS spectra. The anti-hypoxic activities of the title compound were examined using the normobaric hypoxia and chemistry poisoning hypoxia model of mice. The results indicate that the title compound exhibits high anti-hypoxic activity. |
