Study on the Synthesis of 6-Chloro-7-azaindole |

Abstract:6-Chloro-7-azaindole was prepared in an overall yield of 62.2% from 7-azaindole via N-oxidation, chlorination and hydrolysis. The influence factors on the yield of the target product were investigated. The structure was characterized with 1H NMR. This improved process can simplify the scale manipulation and reduce the cost. |
