含羧基苯并噁嗪?jiǎn)误w的合成及固化物的固化溫度研究 |

摘 要:以偏苯三酸酐和苯胺為原料,合成了含羧基結構的苯并噁嗪(NTAF),其結構經(jīng)核磁和紅外表征。通過(guò)DSC法研究了它的固化物的固化溫度,研究表明NTAF單體在160℃就開(kāi)始進(jìn)行熱聚合,放熱峰的峰值溫度為188℃,低于苯酚型苯并噁嗪(PAF)和雙酚A型苯并噁嗪(BAF)的固化溫度。同時(shí)研究了NATF對其他苯并噁嗪固化物固化溫度的影響,發(fā)現NTAF的存在降低了BAF與PAF的固化溫度。 |

Study on Synthesis of Benzoxazine Monomer Containing Carboxyl Group and Its Curing Temperature |

Abstract:A carboxyl group containing benzoxazine(NATF)was synthesized from trimellitic anhydride and aniline, and its structure was confirmed with NMR and IR spectra. The curing temperature of NATF was studied using DSC and compared with that of PAF and BAF. The results showed that NATF started to polymerize at 160℃ and the exothermic peak appeared at 188℃, which was lower than that of PAF and BAF. Meanwhile, we found a decrease of curing temperature of PAF and BAF in the presence of NATF. |
