毛細管氣相色譜法測定倍他米松中有機溶劑殘留量 |

摘 要:建立了倍他米松中溶劑殘留量的分離測定方法。采用氣相色譜法,以氮氣為載氣,FID檢測器,KB-5毛細管柱,程序升溫,外標法測定倍他米松中甲醇、丙酮、二氯甲烷和甲苯及N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的殘留量。5種有機溶劑完全分離,在所考察的濃度范圍內具有良好的線(xiàn)性,r=0.999 4~0.999 9,平均回收率97.48%~102.24%,精密度RSD小于5%,檢測限0.03~0.10 μg/mL。所建立的方法快速、靈敏、準確,可用于倍他米松中有機溶劑殘留量的測定。 |

Determination of Residual Organic Solvents in Betamethasone by Gas Chromatography |

Abstract:A method for determination of five residual organic solvents in betamethasone was established. All the residual solvents in betamethasone are methanol, acetone, carrene, toluene and N,N-dimethylformamide which were quantitatively determined by GC on KB-5 column with FID detector and nitrogen as the carrier. The solvents were completely separated. There was a good linearity (r=0.9994~0.9999). The RSD of precision was less than 5%. The average recovery rate was in the range of 97.4%~102.1%. The detection limit was between 0.03~0.10 μg/mL. The method is rapid, sensitive and accurate. |
