α-萘甲醛的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：報導了以萘作原料 ,通過(guò)氯甲基化得α 氯甲基萘 ,再與烏洛托品成鹽、水解得α 萘甲醛的合成工藝。采用相轉移催化技術(shù) ,使α 氯甲基萘收率提高 ,原料甲醛、鹽酸用量減少 ;采用正交實(shí)驗 ,找到了合成α 萘甲醛較優(yōu)化反應條件 |
