5-氨基苯并呋喃-2-甲腈的合成工藝改進(jìn)研究 |

摘 要：5-硝基-2-羥基苯甲醛與2-溴丙二酸二乙酯閉環(huán)縮合得到5-硝基苯并呋喃2-甲酸乙酯，然后先經(jīng)過(guò)氨解、脫水二步將酯基轉化為氰基，再經(jīng)過(guò)硝基還原，合成了5-氨基苯并呋喃-2-甲腈。4步反應總收率60%。 |

| Development of a Scalable Route to the Synthesis of 5-Aminobenzofuran-2-carbonitrile |

| Abstract：Cyclic condensation of 2-hydroxy-5-nitrobenzaldehyde and diethyl 2-bromomalonate affords ethyl 5-nitrobenzofuran-2-carboxylate. The ester is then transferred to carbonitrile through aminolysis and hydrolysis successively and 5-aminobenzofuran-2-carbonitrile is obtained after reduction of the nitro group. The overall yield of the final product is 60%. |
