2-羥甲基-2，3-二氫-1，4-二噁英并［2，3-g］色烯-7-酮的合成工藝研究 |

| 摘 要：以對苯醌和乙酸酐為起始原料，濃硫酸為催化劑，在常溫常壓下經(jīng)Thiele反應生成1，2，4-苯三酚三乙酸酯；然后以濃硫酸為催化劑和脫水劑，將1，2，4-苯三酚三乙酸酯與蘋(píng)果酸經(jīng)Pechmann反應生成6，7-二羥基色烯-2-酮；再與3-氯環(huán)氧丙烷環(huán)合最終生成目標化合物2-羥甲基-2，3-二氫-1，4-二噁英并［2，3-g］色烯-7-酮，總收率為43.7%（以對苯醌計）。目標化合物的結構經(jīng)IR、1H NMR和MS初步確證。該合成路線(xiàn)具有操作簡(jiǎn)單，反應條件溫和、選擇性高、成本低、環(huán)境友好。 |

| Synthesis of 2,3-Dihydro-2-hydroxymethyl-1,4-dioxino[2,3-g]chromen-7-one |

| Abstract：Benzene-1,2,4-triol triacetate(3) was synthesized from the reaction of p-benzoquinone and acetic anhydride through Thiele reaction with concentrated sulfuric acid as the catalyst. Then 3 was reacted with malic acid with concentrated sulfuric acid as the catalyst through Pechmann reaction to give 6,7-dihydroxy-2H-chromen-2-one(2). Finally, 2 was reacted with epichlorohydrin to provide the target compound 2,3-dihydro-2-hydroxymethyl-1,4-dioxino[2,3-g]chromen-7-one(1). The structure of 1 was characterized with IR, 1H NMR and MS spectra. |
