工業(yè)硫酸錳中鈣、鎂深度除雜的工藝研究 |

摘 要:研究了工業(yè)硫酸錳中鈣、鎂雜質(zhì)的深度除雜工藝。采用硫酸錳溶液預處理、加入晶種、控制工藝條件相結合的方法,以氟化錳為鈣鎂除雜劑,改善體系的過(guò)濾性能,提高鈣、鎂的去除率,使產(chǎn)品中鈣、鎂含量之和降低至小于0.05‰。所得產(chǎn)品可以達到電池級高純硫酸錳對鈣、鎂含量的要求。 |

Abstract:Deep removal of Ca and Mg from industrial manganese sulfate was investigated. Crystal seed was added to the pretreated solution of manganese sulfate and MnF2 was used to combine Ca and Mg to improve the filtration so as to enhance the removal of Ca and Mg with a total content of less than 0.05‰. The manganese sulfate thus obtained meets the requirement of high purity of battery grade. |
