溴系阻燃劑三溴苯乙烯的制備工藝研究 |

| 摘 要：以β-溴代乙基苯為原料，溴素作溴化劑，在催化劑作用下，經(jīng)過(guò)加苯環(huán)上溴反應，得到溴化產(chǎn)物；溴化產(chǎn)物在氫氧化鈉和異丙醇體系中，以四丁基溴化銨作催化劑，消除溴化氫，得三溴苯乙烯�？疾炝舜呋瘎┓N類(lèi)、溶劑用量、反應溫度和反應時(shí)間等對消除反應收率的影響。結果表明，以四丁基溴化銨作催化劑，反應溫度30~40℃，反應時(shí)間3 h，在氫氧化鈉和異丙醇體系下，產(chǎn)品純度大于99%，溴含量高，性能穩定。 |

| Abstract：The product of catalytic ring bromination of beta-bromoethylbenzene can be converted into tribromostyrene under catalysis of tetrabutylammonium bromide(TBAB) in sodium alkoxide. The process conditions were investigated and optimized as the following: reaction temperature of 30~40℃ and reaction time of 3 h. |
