| 摘 要：以乙酰乙酸乙酯為原料，以哌啶、雷尼鎳及自制HLC-5助催化劑為多元催化體系，在氫氣帶壓狀態(tài)下連續加入正丁醛合成2-正丁基乙酰乙酸乙酯�？疾炝朔磻獪囟�、加料時(shí)間、原料配比及助催化劑用量等因素對反應的影響，優(yōu)化條件下，合成收率為86.5%，含量為95.2%，成本低，三廢少。 |

| Abstract：Ethyl 2-butylacetoacetate was synthesized by the reaction of ethyl acetoacetate and n-butyraldehyde under hydrogen atmosphere catalyzed by piperidine/Raney-Ni/HLC-5. The effects of the reaction temperature, the addition rate of n-butyraldehyde, the ratio of reagents and the load of HLC-5 were investigated. The title compound was obtained in 86.5% yield (based on ethyl acetoacetate) and 95.2% purity under the optimized conditions. |
