葉綠素降解產(chǎn)物與5-對羧基苯基-10，15，20-三間羥基苯基二氫卟吩金屬絡(luò )合物的PEG-葉酸化修飾 |

| 摘 要：對焦脫鎂葉綠酸a，脫鎂葉綠酸-a甲酯，紫紅素-18及5-對羧基苯基-10，15，20-三間羥基苯基二氫卟吩金屬絡(luò )合物進(jìn)行PEG-葉酸化修飾，得到了一系列水溶性和光穩定性較好的光敏劑，其結構經(jīng)UV、IR、1H NMR、HPLC確證。 |

| Abstract：A series of photosensitizers, with better water solubility and light stability, were synthesized by modifying pyrophephorbide-a, purpurin-18, methyl pheophorbide-a and metal 5-(4-carboxyphenyl)-10,15,20-tris(3-hydroxyphenyl) chlorine with PEG-folate. Their structures were characterized by UV-Vis, IR, HPLC, 1H NMR spectra. |
