2-溴芴的合成研究 |

摘 要:以芴和溴化氫為原料,通過(guò)過(guò)氧化氫氧化、溴化制得2-溴芴?疾炝巳軇┓N類(lèi)、物料配比、反應溫度及時(shí)間對收率的影響。實(shí)驗結果表明:在四氯化碳溶劑中,物料配比n(芴)∶n(溴化氫)∶n(過(guò)氧化氫)=1∶1.5∶2,反應溫度為0~5℃,反應時(shí)間為4 h,產(chǎn)品收率為81.9%,純度>98%(HPLC)。 |

Study on the Synthesis of 2-Bromofluorene |

Abstract:2-Bromofluorene was synthesized by bromination of fluorene and the process conditions were investigated. The product was obtained in 81.9% yield(>98% HPLC)by reaction in carbon tetrachloride at temperature of 0~5℃ for 4 hrs with the molar ratio of fluorine to hydrogen bromide to H2O2=1 to 1.5 to 2. 1H NMR was used for the product structure characterization. |
