固體酸催化的正辛醛二甲縮醛的合成研究 |

摘 要:研究了以正辛醛和甲醇為起始原料,直接合成正辛醛二甲縮醛技術(shù)?疾炝舜呋瘎、帶水劑,以及反應溫度、反應時(shí)間對反應結果的影響。確定優(yōu)化的工藝條件:n(正辛醛)∶n(甲醇)=1∶2.4,反應溫度為85~90℃,反應時(shí)間為2 h,催化劑為負載型雜多酸催化劑H3O40PW12/TiO2,帶水劑為環(huán)己烷。在優(yōu)化條件下正辛醛二甲縮醛的平均收率為82.8 %,產(chǎn)品純度達98%以上。 |

Synthesis of n-Octyl Aldehyde Dimethyl Acetal Catalyzed by Solid Acid |

Abstract:The preparation of n-octyl aldehyde dimethyl acetal from n-octanal and methanol was studied, and the reaction conditions were optimized as following: the molar ratio of octanal to methanol was 1:2.4, the reaction temperature was 85~90℃, the reaction time was 2 h, the heteropoly acid catalyst was H3O40PW12/TiO2, the water-carrying agent was cyclohexane. Under these conditions the product was obtained in 82.8% yield. |
