| 摘 要：蛋白絡(luò )氨酸激酶抑制劑作為目前治療效果明顯而且應用前景廣闊的抗腫瘤藥物備受青睞。本文以近5年的文獻為主要參考，對已經(jīng)上市的和處于研究階段的脲類(lèi)酪氨酸激酶抑制劑進(jìn)行了綜述。 |

| Abstract：Protein tyrosine kinase(PTK)inhibitors, one of the promising and effective candidates for antitumor drugs, have been attracted much attention in recent years. During the molecular design of the inhibitor, the urea group not only can be the donor and the acceptor of oxygen, but also can prompt the solubility of the compound in water. The achievements of the protein tyrosine kinase inhibitors in last five years were reviewed. |
