3-芳基-2，5-二甲基吡嗪類(lèi)化合物的合成 |

| 摘 要：利用Suzuki偶聯(lián)反應以2，5-二甲基-3-氯吡嗪及取代苯硼酸為起始原料，合成了吡嗪衍生物，其結構經(jīng)1H NMR、IR、EI-MS分析表征。結果表明：在氮氣保護條件下，堿性二氧六環(huán)中，使用Pd（PPh3）4催化劑，除鄰氰基苯硼酸因位阻效應收率較低外，其他產(chǎn)物的收率可達56%~94%。 |

| Synthesis of Several 3-Aryl-2,5-Dimethylpyrazines |

| Abstract：Suzuki coupling reactions between 2,5-dimethyl-3-chloro-pyrazine and arylboronic acids were achieved for the synthesis of some novel pyrazine derivatives in the presence of Pd(PPh3)4. All products were characterized and confirmed by 1H NMR, IR and EI-MS spectra. The results showed that moderate to good yields (56%~94%) were obtained in the oxygen-free basic dioxane under catalysis of Pd(PPh3)4. |
