4,4′-二碘聯(lián)苯的合成 |

摘 要:以聯(lián)苯和碘為原料,采用直接碘化法合成了4,4′-二碘聯(lián)苯。重點(diǎn)考察了物料配比、反應介質(zhì)中水量、催化劑種類(lèi)、溫度對反應的影響。優(yōu)化的工藝條件為:n(聯(lián)苯)∶n(碘)∶n(過(guò)硫酸銨)=1∶1.1∶1.1,反應介質(zhì)為冰乙酸和水,催化劑為濃硫酸,反應溫度為85℃,產(chǎn)品收率為86.21%。 |

Abstract:4,4′-Diiodobiphenyl was prepared in 86.21% yield from biphenyl via direct iodination with iodine. The effects of the reactants ratio, the water amount in the reaction medium, the different catalysts and the reaction temperature were investigated. The optimal reaction conditions of the route were as follows: the molar ratio of biphenyl, iodine, and ammonium persulphate was 1:1.1:1.1, the reaction medium was acetic acid and water, the catalyst was concentrated sulfuric acid, the reaction temperature was 85℃. |
