甘油合成環(huán)氧氯丙烷氯化階段催化劑選擇研究 |

| 摘 要：針對甘油法合成環(huán)氧氯丙烷第一階段——氯化階段的工作，對催化劑進(jìn)行篩選與復配實(shí)驗，確定了具有較好催化活性且環(huán)境友好的二元催化劑配方——己二酸與乙酸酐。該催化劑在反應溫度為115℃，反應時(shí)間為5 h，原料甘油40 g，氯化氫通氣量200 mL／min，催化劑總量為甘油的7.5%（m／m），m（己二酸）∶m（乙酸酐）=3∶2時(shí)，二氯丙醇收率69.5%，甘油轉化率達99%。 |

| Study on the Chlorination Catalyst for the Synthesis of Epichlorohydrin from Glycerol |

| Abstract：The preparation process of epichlorohydrin from glycerol includes two steps of chlorination and cyclization. The catalysts used in the chlorination step were investigated. The binary system of adipic acid and acetic anhydride was found to be an environmentally friendly and active catalyst. The results showed that the yield of dichloropropanol and conversion rate of glycerol was 69.5% and 99%, respectively, under the following conditions: temperature 115℃, reaction time 5 h, glycerol 40 g, flow rate of gaseous hydrogen chloride 200 mL/min, loading of catalyst 7.5% (m/m glycerol), ratio of adipic acid to acetic anhydride 3 to 2. |
