相轉移催化制備甘油縮醛香料 |

摘 要:以苯甲醛和甘油為原料,環(huán)己烷為帶水劑,芐基三乙基氯化銨相轉移催化劑催化,制備了苯甲醛甘油縮醛香料?疾炝舜呋瘎┯昧、反應時(shí)間、反應物配比及帶水劑用量對產(chǎn)品收率的影響,優(yōu)化反應條件為:催化劑用量 3%、環(huán)己烷 8 mL 、醇醛物質(zhì)的量之比 1.3∶1,反應時(shí)間為 3 h。優(yōu)化條件下產(chǎn)物的收率達 90.3%。。 |

Preparation of Glycerol Acetal by Phase Transfer Catalysis |

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of aldehydes perfume which are more volatile and unstable, benzaldehyde glycerol acetal was synthesized from benzaldehyde and glycerol. In the process cyclohexane was used as the water carrying agent and benzyl triethyl ammonium chloride as the phase transfer catalyst. The effects of the reaction time, the molar ratio of reactants and the loading of catalyst on the yield of acetals were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of glycerol to phenylaldehyde was 1.3:1, the mount of catalyst was 3%(m/m), the amount of cyclohexane was 8 mL and reaction time was 3 h. The reaction yield could reach 90.3% under the optimal reaction conditions. |
