| 摘 要：以鄰乙基苯酚為起始原料經(jīng)醛基化、醚化、氧化、硝化、還原、縮合等過(guò)程合成了3，4-二乙氧基-5-乙基苯基氨基甲酸異丙酯，其結構經(jīng)熔點(diǎn)、Mass和1H NMR確證。通過(guò)HPLC、紫光光譜和GC-Mass等手段證明3，4-二乙氧基-5-乙基苯基氨基甲酸異丙酯與乙霉威生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的分子量為295的雜質(zhì)為同一物質(zhì)。 |

| Abstract：Isopropyl(3,4-diethoxy-5-ethylphenyl)carbamate was synthesized by aldehydation, etherification, oxidation, nitrification, reduction and condensation by using 2-ethylphenol as raw material and the structure was confirmed by m.p., Mass and 1H NMR. Based on HPLC, Violet spectrum and GC-Mass spectrum, Isopropyl(3,4-diethoxy-5-ethylphenyl)carbamate was proved as the same compound with the impurity having 295 molecular weight generated in the production of Diethofencarb. |
