抗蚜威的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：以5，6-二甲基-2-二甲氨基-4-羥基嘧啶和二甲氨基甲酰氯為原料，在縛酸劑的作用下反應得到抗蚜威原藥�？疾炝硕装被柞Ｂ鹊乃馑俣�、溶劑、催化劑的選擇和用量、主要原材料配比等因素對反應的影響，在優(yōu)化條件下，目標化合物的合成收率＞98%（以5，6-二甲基-2-二甲氨基-4-羥基嘧啶計），含量＞98%。 |

| Abstract：Pirimicarb was synthesized from 5,6-dimethyl-2-dimethylamino-4-hydroxy pyrimidine and dimethylcarbamyl chloride in the presence of acid-binding agent. The effects of the rate of hydrolysis of dimethylcarbamyl chloride, the solvent, the catalyst, and the ratio of raw materials were investigated. The title compound was obtained in 98% yield (based on 5,6-dimethyl-2-dimethylamino-4-hydroxy pyrimidine) with 98% purity under the optimized conditions. |
