N-（2-甲基苯基）羥胺的合成工藝改進(jìn)研究 |

| 摘 要：以鄰硝基甲苯為主要原料，經(jīng)甲酸銨-鋅粉還原制備了N-（2-甲基苯基）羥胺�？疾炝诉�原劑種類(lèi)、還原溫度和時(shí)間對反應的影響，對反應的后處理過(guò)程進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)化。改進(jìn)后的工藝具有生產(chǎn)成本低、收率高、操作簡(jiǎn)便和宜于工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。由于N-（2-甲基苯基）羥胺在空氣中不穩定，嘗試了將該步反應與制備N(xiāo)-羥基-N-（2-甲基苯基）氨基甲酸甲酯的反應連續進(jìn)行，取得了較好的效果。 |

| Abstract：The preparation of N-2-methylphenyl hydroxyamine from o-nitrotoluene in ammonium formate/zinc system was studied, and the reaction conditions were optimized. This improved process is easy to scale up with lower cost, simple and convenient operation. As it is unstable in the air, the N-2-methylphenyl hydroxyamine thus formed was further converted into carbamate by reaction with methyl chloroformate. |
