盧立康唑Z構型向E構型轉化研究 |

| 摘 要：將Z構型盧立康唑溶于適量N，N-二甲基甲酰胺中，以酸催化，在較溫和的條件下將其轉化為E構型，收率約34%，該構型轉化提高了盧立康唑合成過(guò)程中的總收率，降低了生產(chǎn)成本。 |
