（3-烯丙氧基苯基氨基羰基）-N-對硝基芐氧基羰基-反-4-羥基-L-吡咯烷的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：以4R-羥基-L-脯氨酸為原料，與氯甲酸對硝基芐酯反應進(jìn)行氨基保護、再與間氨基苯甲酸烯丙酯縮合得到目標化合物（3-烯丙氧基苯基氨基羰基）-N-對硝基芐氧基羰基-反-4-羥基-L-吡咯烷。對反應物配比、催化劑、反應時(shí)間和溫度等因素進(jìn)行了研究，確定了縮合優(yōu)化條件為：二氯甲烷作溶劑，25℃下反應4 h。優(yōu)化條件下，縮合收率達86.1%。目標產(chǎn)物結構經(jīng)IR、1H NMR和MS確證。 |

| Abstract：The titled compound was prepared from trans-4-L-hydroxy-proline by its reaction with 4-nitrobenzyl chloroformate, followed by condensation with 3-amino-allylbenzoate. The affecting factors including the ratio of the raw materials, the catalyst, the reaction time and temperature were investigated. The structure of the target compound was confirmed by IR, 1H NMR and MS spectra. |
