NC-510的合成與生物活性研究 |

摘 要:為研究NC-510的生物活性,以硫代苯甲酰胺為起始原料,經(jīng)環(huán)化、取代、;纫幌盗蟹磻铣闪耍‥)-2-氰基-1-(2-甲基-4-三氟甲基噻唑-5-基)-2-(2-苯基噻唑-4-基)新戊酸乙烯酯(NC-510),其結構經(jīng)過(guò)1H NMR和MS確證。室內生物活性測試結果初步表明,NC-510對蠶蟲(chóng)蚜的LC50值為0.661 mg/L;在10 mg/L劑量下藥后2 d對蠶蟲(chóng)蚜表現出94.95%的防治效果,優(yōu)于相同條件下吡蚜酮對蠶蟲(chóng)蚜的活性80.50%。 |

Abstract:To study the biological activity of NC-510, (E)-2-cyano-1-(2-methyl-4-trifluoromethylthiazol-5-yl)-2-(2-phenylthiazol-4-yl)vinylpivalate(NC-510) was synthesized by cyclization, substitution and acylation etc reactions starting from thiobenzamide as raw material. Its structure was confirmed by 1H NMR and MS. Indoor preliminary bioassay results showed that the LC50 of NC-510 was 0. 661 mg/L against Aphis fabae, and NC-510 had 94.95% control efficiency against Aphis fabae at a concentration of 10 mg/L after 2 days of treatment, which was higher than that of Pymetrozine at 80.50% at the same condition. |
