| 摘 要：以鄰氯苯腈(OCBN)和氟化鉀為原料 ,環(huán)丁砜為反應介質(zhì) ,經(jīng)氟化反應合成了鄰氟苯腈。其最佳工藝條件:反應溫度255～260℃,反應時(shí)間7h ,原料配比OCBN∶KF=1∶1.8(mol)。OCBN與環(huán)丁砜質(zhì)量比為 1∶4 ,產(chǎn)品收率≥ 85 % ,含量≥ 98.0 % |

| Abstract：o Flurobenzonitrile(OFBN) was prepared from 2 chlorobenzonitrile and KF using sulfolane as a solvent. The optimum reactions were as follow :OCBW∶KF=1∶1.8(mol),OCBN∶sulfolone=1∶4( m/m ),reaction temperatare 255～260℃ and reaction time 7h. The yield of the product was 85% and the purity was more than 98%. |
