Mannich反應合成新型氮雜環(huán)取代巖白菜素衍生物 |

| 摘 要：巖白菜素分別與四氫吡咯和哌啶經(jīng)Mannich反應，合成得到2個(gè)新的氮雜環(huán)取代巖白菜素衍生物（2a，2b）�？疾炝巳軇�、溫度和時(shí)間等因素對反應的影響。在優(yōu)化反應條件下，2a和2b的合成收率分別為48%和44%。 |

| Synthesis of Novel N-Hetercycle Substitued Bergenin Derivatives by Mannich Reaction |

| Abstract：Two novel N-hetercycle substituted derivatives were synthesized by Mannich reaction of Bergenin with formaldehyde and pyrrolidine or piperidine. The effects of reaction conditions including solvent, temperature, and reaction time were evaluated. Under the optimal reaction conditions, the yields of 2a and 2b were up to 48% and 44%, respectively. |
