4，4′-二氨基二苯甲烷合成的正交試驗法研究 |

| 摘 要：以苯胺、甲醛為原料在鹽酸催化下合成4，4′-二氨基二苯甲烷。利用正交實(shí)驗法考察了反應物投料比、轉位溫度、轉位時(shí)間對4，4′-二氨基二苯甲烷收率的影響。確定了優(yōu)化條件為：n（苯胺）∶n（甲醛）=4∶1，轉位溫度85℃，轉位時(shí)間30 min。優(yōu)化條件下所得目標產(chǎn)物收率為90.42%。 |

| Abstract：4,4′-Methylenedianiline was synthesized from the reaction of aniline with formaldehyde using hydrochloric acid as catalyst, and was characterized using infrared spectroscopy and melting-point instrument. The optimal reactants ratio, transformation temperature and reaction time were investigated using orthogonal test. the experimental results showed that the percent conversion of this reaction can be up to 90.4% at an aniline/formaldehyde molar ratio of 4:1, transposition temperature of 85℃ and reaction time of 30 min. |
