呋蟲(chóng)胺微囊的制備及性能表征 |

| 摘 要：以殼聚糖和DL-丙交酯合成的兩親性共聚物CS-co-PLA為囊材，利用雙乳法制備了呋蟲(chóng)胺微囊。分別考察了芯材質(zhì)量比、PVA濃度以及外水相體積對微囊粒徑和包封率的影響，并研究了載藥微囊的釋放行為。結果表明：雙乳法制備的呋蟲(chóng)胺微囊粒徑約1.23~3.34 μm，分布較為均勻；具有較高的包封率，并具有良好的緩釋性能，其環(huán)境友好，持效期明顯延長(cháng)，適用于害蟲(chóng)的防治。 |

| The Preparation and Performance of Dinotefuran Microcapsules |

| Abstract：The microcapsulated dinotefuran was prepared by double emulsion method using chitosan-lactide polymer(CS-co-PLA)as the coating material which was prepared from chitosan and lactide. The effects of the experimental parameters including the mass ratio of m(dinotefuran)to m(CS-co-PLA), volume of external phase and poly(vinyl alcohol)concentration on the size of microcapsules, the encapsulation efficiency(EE), and the sustained release characteristics of dinotefuran microcapsules were also explored. The experimental results showed that microcapsule particles had a mean diameter of 1.23~3.34 μm; Dinotefuran microcapsules prepared by double emulsion had high encapsulation efficiency and the well-controlled release behavior. It was environmentally friendly and suitable for the pest control. |
