香葉基砜的合成工藝改進(jìn) |

| 摘 要：以香葉醇為原料，經(jīng)過(guò)溴代和取代2步反應，合成了長(cháng)鏈聚異戊二烯類(lèi)化合物的重要中間體香葉基砜（1）。其結構經(jīng)MS和1H NMR 譜確證�？疾炝虽宕噭�、反應溶劑以及丙烯位砜基化試劑苯亞磺酸鈉用量對反應的影響，在改進(jìn)的工藝條件下2步反應總收率為73.9%。改進(jìn)的方法反應條件溫和、操作簡(jiǎn)單、收率高，易于工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。 |

| An Improvement on the Synthetical Process of Geranyl Sulfone |

| Abstract：The geranyl sulfone, an important intermediate for the preparation of polyisoprenoid compounds, was synthesized by a two-step reaction including bromination and substitution using geraniol as the starting material. The structure was characterized by MS and 1H NMR. The affecting factors including the bromination agent, reaction solvent and the quantity of sodium benzene sulfinate were evaluated. The overall yield of the two-step reaction was 73.9%. This improved process has the advantages including mild condition, simple operation, high yield and the easier industrialization. |
