外消旋達泊西汀的拆分研究 |

| 摘 要：以D-（-）-酒石酸和L-（+）-酒石酸為手性拆分劑，根據非對映異構體與酒石酸成鹽后在溶劑中的不同溶解度，將外消旋達泊西汀拆分為S-達泊西汀和R-達泊西汀，拆分收率分別為31.3%、21.3%，e.e值均大于99.9%。該方法簡(jiǎn)便，適宜工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。 |

| Abstract：Based on the solubility difference of diastereoisomers prepared from the reaction between Dapoxetine and D-or L-(+)-tartaric acid, the racemic Dapoxetines were resolved with the S-Dapoxetine and R-Dapoxetine resolution yield of 31.3% and 21.3% respectively, and the e.e% values of S-Dapoxetine and R-Dapoxetine were more than 99.9%. This process was simple and suitable for the industrial production of S-Dapoxetine. |
