1-（2，3-環(huán)氧丙基）-2-甲基-5-硝基咪唑的晶體結構及參數計算 |

| 摘 要：采用相轉移催化法，制得了1-（2，3-環(huán)氧丙基）-2-甲基-5-硝基咪唑（1），并使用單晶X-射線(xiàn)衍射法測定1 的晶體結構，結果表明，1 屬于三斜晶系，P-1空間群，晶胞參數a=6.570（5）?魡，b=7.536（5）?魡，c=9.050（6）?魡，V=423.5（5）?魡3，Z=2，晶體密度為1.436 g／cm3，最終偏離因子R1=0.045 6，ωR2=0.132 4。采用密度泛函理論的B3LYP方法，在6-31G**基組水平上對1 進(jìn)行了結構優(yōu)化，計算得到1 的理論密度為1.465 g／cm3，固相生成焓為-123.76 kJ／mol。 |

| Abstract：1-(2,3-Epoxypropyl)-2-methyl-5-nitroimidazole(1)was synthesized by phase transfer catalysis. The structure of 1 was characterized using single-crystal X-ray diffraction. 1 belongs to the triclinic system, space group P-1 with a=6.570(5) ?魡, b=7.536(5) ?魡, c=9.050(6) ?魡, V=423.5(5) ?魡3, Z=2, Dc=1. 436 g/cm3 and final R1= 0.0456, ωR2=0.132 4. On the basis of the stable geometry optimized at B3LYP/6-31G** theoretical level, theoretical density(ρ)and solid state phase heat of formation(ΔfH°solid)of 1 were calculated. The results showed that the ρ and ΔfH° solid of 1 were 1. 465 g/cm3 and -123. 76 kJ/mol, respectively. |
