回收輪胎粉反應增韌PVC性能的研究 |

| 摘 要：將甲基丙烯酸縮水甘油酯（GMA）、丙烯酸（AA）、馬來(lái)酸酐（MAH）3種不同單體分別通過(guò)開(kāi)煉機剪切加入廢舊輪胎粉（GRT）后與聚氯乙烯（PVC）直接反應擠出，制備了3種PVC／GRT復合材料。利用萬(wàn)能電子試驗機測定了材料的力學(xué)性能，實(shí)驗結果表明：3種不同單體修飾的GRT／PVC復合材料中PVC／GRT-g-GMA復合材料韌性提高顯著(zhù)，在GRT用量為5 phr，GMA、St、DCP用量分別為4、4、0.15 phr時(shí)，PVC／GRT復合材料缺口沖擊強度提高25.6%。掃描電鏡結果顯示GMA的加入改善了界面相容性。 |

| Study on the Reactive Toughening of Polyvinyl Chloride Using Ground Rubber Tyre |

| Abstract：Reactive monomers including glycidyl methacrylate(GMA), acrylic acid(AA)and maleic anhydride(MAH)were grafted onto ground rubber tyre(GRT)in the preparation of the PVC/GRT composites by reactive extrusion. The mechanical properties of PVC/GRT composites were evaluated. The experimental results showed that notched impact strength was improved by 25.6% in PVC/GRT-g-GMA composites at GRT loading of 5phr and the ratio of GMA/St/DCP at 4/4/0.15. The scanning electron microscope(SEM)results showed that GMA could improve the compatibility between PVC and GRT. |
