2-甲硫基-4-三氟甲基苯甲酸甲酯的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：以甲醇作溶劑，2-甲硫基-4-三氟甲基苯腈在98%濃硫酸存在下，一鍋法合成了2-甲硫基-4-三氟甲基苯甲酸甲酯。探索了反應溫度、反應時(shí)間、濃硫酸用量等因素對反應的影響，優(yōu)化條件為n（濃硫酸）∶n（2-甲硫基4-三氟甲基苯腈）=2.8∶1.0，反應溫度為70℃，反應時(shí)間為12 h，反應收率84.7%，含量96.3%。此法操作簡(jiǎn)單方便，適合工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。 |

| Abstract：With methanol as solvent；in the presence of 98% concentrated sulfuric acid，2-methylthio-4-trifluoromethyl benzoate in one-pot. Explore the effects of reaction temperature，reaction time，the amount of concentrated sulfuric acid and other factors on the reaction，Optimal condition is as follows：n（H2SO4）∶n（2-methylthio-4-trifluoromethyl-benzonitrile）=2.8∶1.0，the reaction temperature reached 70℃，the reaction time was 12 h，the reaction yield was 84.7% and 96.3% purity under the optimal condition. The operation is convenient and suitable for industrial production. |
