麻保沙星微囊制備方法 |

摘 要:以辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉鈉為壁材,對麻保沙星進(jìn)行微囊化包埋。實(shí)驗條件為n(麻保沙星)∶n(混合溶劑)=1∶9,辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉鈉濃度20%,麻保沙星含量10%,真空度0.03 MPa,乳化剪切溫度40℃,滴加時(shí)間60 min。所得微囊包封率99.5%。此過(guò)程操作簡(jiǎn)單,提供了麻保沙星新劑型的制備方法。 |

Preparation of Microcapsulated Marbofloxacin |

Abstract:Marbofloxacin was microencapsulated using octenylsuccinate sodium starch in this paper. The optimum experimental conditions are as following: the ratio of marbofloxacin to the mixed solvent is 1∶9; the concentration of octenylsuccinate sodium starch is 20%; the content of marbofloxacin is 10%; the vacuum is 0.03 MPa; the emulsification temperature is at 40℃; the adding period for octenylsuccinate sodium starch in dropping is 60 minutes. In a typical encapsulation process, the microencapsulated efficiency is up to 99.5%. This simple method offered a new process for the preparation of encapsulated marbofloxacin. |
