摘 要:以4-羥基扁桃酸為原料,2-(2-氨基乙氧基)乙醇為親水基團,通過(guò)11步反應合成了以萘啶酮酸為藥物分子,對青霉素酶敏感的苯乙;挠袡C小分子藥物載體。目標化合物結構經(jīng)1H NMR確證。 |

Abstract:The penicillin enzyme-sensitive benzene acetyl small molecule drug carrier was prepared through 11 steps using 4-hydroxyl mandelic acid as raw material, 2-(2-amino ethoxy)ethanol as the hydrophilic group, the nalidixic acid as drug molecule. The chemical structure of this target compound was also characterized using 1H NMR. |
