| 摘 要：以4-羥基扁桃酸為原料，2-（2-氨基乙氧基）乙醇為親水基團，通過(guò)11步反應合成了以萘啶酮酸為藥物分子，對青霉素酶敏感的苯乙�；挠袡C小分子藥物載體。目標化合物結構經(jīng)1H NMR確證。 |

| Abstract：The penicillin enzyme-sensitive benzene acetyl small molecule drug carrier was prepared through 11 steps using 4-hydroxyl mandelic acid as raw material, 2-(2-amino ethoxy)ethanol as the hydrophilic group, the nalidixic acid as drug molecule. The chemical structure of this target compound was also characterized using 1H NMR. |
