巰基功能化的苯并噻唑Hg2+熒光傳感器 |

| 摘 要：設計合成了一種新的二（2-（乙硫基）乙基）胺功能化的苯并噻唑希夫堿衍生物（TBT），采用紅外光譜、核磁共振光譜、元素分析進(jìn)行其結構表征。研究了其光譜特性，并考察了該衍生物對金屬離子的傳感性能。研究結果表明TBT在四氫呋喃水溶液（v∶v= 1∶1）中，對Hg2+顯示熒光開(kāi)關(guān)的特性，并且在A(yíng)g+和Co2+等其它離子的存在下具有較高的選擇性和靈敏性，它們之間的結合比例為1∶1。 |

| Thio and Schiff Base Functionalized Benzothiazole Compound as a Selective Detection of Hg2+ in Aqueous Solution |

| Abstract：A novel benzothiazole derivative(TBT)with thio and Schiff base functional groups has been prepared, and was characterized using IR, 1H NMR, elemental analysis. Furthermore, its fluorescent properties and metal ion sensing properties were evaluated. The experimental results showed that the TBT had an on-off-type fluorescence properties and selectivity of Hg2+ at the presence of transition-and heavy-metal ion in THF aqueous solution(v∶v=1∶1). The stoichiometry of TBT-Hg2+ complex was measured to be of 1∶1. |
