廢印刷電路板非金屬粉增強PVC性能的研究 |

摘 要:采用熔融共混方法制備了聚氯乙烯(PVC)/廢印刷電路板非金屬粉(N-PCB)復合材料。研究了N-PCB粉末的用量、環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂E-44用量以及N-PCB粉末的粒徑大小對PVC/N-PCB復合材料力學(xué)性能的影響。利用萬(wàn)能電子試驗機測定了材料的力學(xué)性能,實(shí)驗結果表明:添加30 phrN-PCB粉及5 phrE-44的PVC/N-PCB復合材料與純PVC相比,其拉伸強度、斷裂伸長(cháng)率和彎曲強度分別增大了18%、29%、20%。與未添加E-44相比,其拉伸強度、斷裂伸長(cháng)率和彎曲強度分別增大12%、26%、19%。掃描電鏡結果顯示E-44的加入有效改善了N-PCB在PVC基體中的界面作用,提高了其力學(xué)性能。 |

Study on the Reinforcement of Polyvinyl Chloride Using Nonmetals Recycled from Printed Circuit Board |

Abstract:Polyvinyl chloride(PVC)composites, reinforced with nonmetals recycled from waste printed circuit boards(N-PCB), were prepared by the twin-screw extrusion method. The effects of loadings of N-PCB, loadings of E-44 and N-PCB particle sizes on the mechanical properties of PVC/N-PCB composites were evaluated. The maximum increment of tensile strength, elongation at break, bending strength of PVC/N-PCB composites were improved 18%, 29% and 20%, respectively, compared to that of pure PVC. The tensile strength, elongation at break, bending strength of PVC/N-PCB increased by 12%, 26% and 19%, respectively, comparing to that without E-44. The scanning electron microscope(SEM)results showed that E-44 could improve the interface between PVC and N-PCB. |
