高品質(zhì)間苯二甲酰氯的合成工藝研究 |

摘 要:利用間苯二甲酸與光氣在催化劑N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的作用下進(jìn)行反應,合成了間苯二甲酰氯。探討了反應物配比、反應溫度、催化劑用量、脫色劑的量和溶劑種類(lèi)等對反應的影響。并針對間苯二甲酰氯易變色的問(wèn)題,采用活性炭作為脫色劑處理,得無(wú)色穩定的產(chǎn)品。精餾后產(chǎn)品收率98%,產(chǎn)品含量大于99.95%。 |

Study on the Synthetic Process of High Quality Isophthaloyl Dichloride |

Abstract:Isophthaloyl dichloride was synthesized from the reaction between isophthalic acid and phosgene using dimethylformamide as catalyst. Factors influencing the reaction including the ratio of reagents, reaction temperature, the amount of catalyst, decoloration reagent, and the type of solvent were studied. A colorless and stable product was obtained by using activated carbon as decoloration reagent to avoid the discoloration of isophthaloyl chloride. Under the optimum reaction conditions, the yield and purity of isophthaloyl chloride was up to98% and 99.95%, respectively. |
