微乳液介質(zhì)-水楊基熒光酮光度法測定石油中微量銅 |

摘 要:以微乳液[v(正丁醇)∶v(正庚烷)∶v(乳化劑OP)∶v(水)=1∶1∶18∶80)為介質(zhì),水楊基熒光酮為顯色劑,三乙醇胺為掩蔽劑,在混合磷酸鹽(磷酸二氫鉀-磷酸氫二鈉)緩沖體系中,采用分光光度法,直接測定油樣中的微量銅,銅的顯色絡(luò )合物的最大吸收波長(cháng)位于600 nm處。該方法靈敏度高、準確性和精密度好,且操作簡(jiǎn)單易行、經(jīng)濟實(shí)用,對環(huán)境污染小,具有一定的實(shí)際意義。 |

Spectrophotometric Determination of Trace Copper in the Fossil Oil Using Salicyl Fluorone in Microemulsion Medium |

Abstract:The spectrophotometric determination of trace copper in oil samples was studied using the micro-emulsion(Butanol∶heptane: emulsifier OP∶water=1∶1∶18∶80)as the medium, salicy fluorone as chromogenic reagent, and triethanolamine as masking agent in a phosphate buffer(KH2PO4-Na2HPO4)solution. The experimental results indicated that Copper(Ⅱ)had formed a stable complex with salicy fluorone with a maximum absorption peak at 600 nm. This method has the advantages of high sensitivity, good accuracy and precision as well as a simple operation process, economical and practical, low environment pollution leading to potential applications. |
