5%丙硫克百威緩釋顆粒劑的制備及其緩釋性能研究 |

| 摘 要：以丙硫克百威為研究對象，研發(fā)出一種5%丙硫克百威緩釋顆粒劑。采用界面聚合法，以聚脲異氰酸酯為壁材制備20%丙硫克百威微囊母液，加入填料、粘合劑將制備的丙硫克百威微囊母液制成5%丙硫克百威緩釋顆粒劑。對20%丙硫克百威微囊母液的形態(tài)及粒徑等進(jìn)行了測定。對5%丙硫克百威緩釋顆粒劑室內緩釋性能進(jìn)行了檢測。結果表明：微囊粒徑約為1~4 μm，分布均勻，包裹率為96.3%，載藥量為18.6%。在pH=5緩沖液中釋放時(shí)間為38 d，在pH=7緩沖液中釋放時(shí)間為89 d。具有持效期長(cháng)、環(huán)境友好、對環(huán)境適應性強、農藥利用率高、對人、畜和害蟲(chóng)的天敵安全性高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，具有推廣價(jià)值。 |

| Abstract：The 20% benfuracarb microcapsules liquor was prepared by interfacial polymerization using PAPI as microcapsules wall material.The 5% benfuracarb sustained-release granules were prepared by fillers, adhesive, and 20% benfuracarb microcapsules liquor. The morphology and particle size of the microcapsules were characterized. The sustained-release performance and prevention effect to sugarcane soil pests of the 5% benfuracarb sustained-release granules were tested. The results showed that: the microcapsules particle size was about 1~4 μm; the encapsulation rates of benfuracarb was 96.3%; the drug loading of the microcapsules was 18.6%; release time was 38 days at pH=5 buffer and 89days at pH=7 buffer. |
