AbstractN-Benzoyl-O-benzoyl-L-tyrosine(M042), an intermediate for dipeptide Y101, and two impurities co-existed with M042 were determined with HPLC. An external standard method was used for the analysis of M042 with methanol-0.01% formic acid(7525)as the mobile phase. The contents of the two impurities were determined using methanol -0.01% phosphoric acid as the gradient elution. In a typical sample the content of M042 was not less than 76% and the amount of impurities was not exceeding 11%. This method has been used for the quality control of M042. |
