兩種鈣鋅類(lèi)復合熱穩定劑對聚氯乙烯性能影響的研究 |

摘 要:通過(guò)熱老化烘箱實(shí)驗、紫外耐候性實(shí)驗和PVC加工的動(dòng)態(tài)實(shí)驗,利用兩輥塑煉機和轉(扭)矩流變儀對二苯甲酰甲烷(DBM)、硬脂酰苯甲酰甲烷(SBM)在聚氯乙烯(PVC)加工過(guò)程中的流變性能進(jìn)行測試,結果表明,DBM在PVC加工過(guò)程中有良好的熱穩定性及優(yōu)越的流變加工性能,而SBM有較好的耐紫外線(xiàn)性能。 |

Effect of Two Calcium and Zinc Composite Heat Stabilizers on the Properties of PVC |

Abstract:To evaluate the effect of DBM and SBM on the rheological properties of PVC, thermal aging test, UV weathering test and the dynamic test of PVC were conducted using the instruments including two roller plasticator and torque rheometer. The experimental results indicated that good thermal stability and excellent rheological properties during the process of PVC were achieved using DBM, and the addition of SBM could enhance the UV resistance of PVC. |
