| 摘 要：以二苯硫醚為原料，經(jīng)辛酰氯傅克反應、亞硝酸乙酯酮肟化反應合成了1-（4-苯硫苯基）-辛-1，2-二酮-2-肟�？疾炝巳軇┓N類(lèi)、酮肟化原料類(lèi)型、反應溫度等因素的影響，確定了優(yōu)化反應條件。在優(yōu)化條件下，目標化合物的收率>79%，純度>99%。 |

| Abstract：Using phenyl sulfide as the starting material, 1-(-4-(phenylthio)phenyl)-octan-1,2-dione-2-oxime was synthesised by Friedel-Crafts acylation and oxidation reactions. The effects of the factors including solvent, raw material, reaction temperature were investigated. Under the optimum conditions, the yield of the target compound was more than 79%, and the purity was higher than 99%. |
