6,11-二氯-5,12-萘并萘醌的合成新工藝研究

摘 要:以氯化劑五氯化磷對2-[(1-羥基-2-萘基)羰基]苯甲酸進(jìn)行氯化反應,再用濃硫酸進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行脫水閉環(huán)反應,經(jīng)分離提純得6,11-二氯-5,12-萘并萘醌,優(yōu)化了反應條件,總收率達61.3%,并通過(guò)元素分析、1H NMR、EIMS對產(chǎn)物結構進(jìn)行了表征。

Novel Process for the Synthesis of 6,11-Dichloro-5,12-naphthacenequinone

Abstract:6,11-Dichloro-5,12-naphthacenequinone was synthesized from 2-[(1-Hydroxy-2-naphthyl)carbonyl]benzoic acid by chlorination reaction using phosphorus pentachloride as chlorating agent followed by ring-closing reaction using sulfuric acid as dehydrating agent. The optimal reaction conditions were evaluated, and the total yield of process was up to 55.3%. The obtained product was characterized by element analysis, 1H NMR, and EIMS.
