三維熒光光譜結合交替三線(xiàn)性分解方法同時(shí)測定人血漿樣中姜黃素和雙去甲氧基姜黃素含量 |

| 摘 要：利用激發(fā)發(fā)射三維熒光光譜結合交替三線(xiàn)性分解（ATLD）二階校正方法，克服了姜黃素（CUR）和雙去甲氧基姜黃素（DME）熒光光譜重疊以及未知背景物熒光干擾問(wèn)題，實(shí)現了兩者在人血漿樣本中的直接快速定量研究。實(shí)驗結果表明CUR的平均加標回收率為105.3±0.9%，定量檢測限為2.20 ng／mL；DME的平均加標回收率為106.5±1.6%，定量檢測限為0.164 ng／mL。 |

| Abstract：In this work, a novel strategy based on three-dimensional fluorescence combined with alternating trilinear decomposition (ATLD) method is proposed to directly and quickly determine the CUR and BUR contents in human plasma samples without tedious pretreatment procedures even in the presence of unknown interferences. The results revealed that the recovery of CUR was 105.3±0.9% and the LOQ was 2.20 ng/mL while the recovery of DME was 106.5±1.6% and the LOQ was 0.164 ng/mL, which indicated that the proposed method has good performances. |
