| Abstract：Standard curves were made from the data obtained in the determination of standard sample solution by liquid chromatography. This method was applied in the determination of the contents of acetic acid，propionic acid，butanedioic acid，pentanedioic acid and hexanedioic acid in the mixture of reaction of alcohol ketone oxidized by nitric acid. |
