反馬氏加成法合成1-溴代正辛烷 |

摘 要:無(wú)溶劑條件下,在自由基引發(fā)劑的作用下,溴化氫氣體以鼓泡的方式通入到反應體系中,與1-辛烯(1-octene)發(fā)生反馬氏加成,得到目標產(chǎn)物1-溴代正辛烷?疾炝艘l(fā)劑的種類(lèi)、 溶劑、反應溫度、反應時(shí)間、投料比和反應前活化溫度等對收率的影響。結果表明,以過(guò)氧化苯甲酰(BPO)作引發(fā)劑、反應溫度20℃、反應1.5 h、n(1-辛烯)∶n(溴化氫)=1.0∶1.2、無(wú)溶劑條件下,產(chǎn)品收率大于80%,蒸餾后純度大于99%。 |

Synthesis of α-Bromooctane by Anti-Markovnikov Addition Reaction |

Abstract:α-Bromooctane was synthesized from anti-Markovnikov addition reaction of hydrogen bromide flow with 1-octene without the assistant of solvent. Reaction conditions including the type of radical initiators, the amount of solvents, the reaction time and temperature, feed ratio and activation temperature were evaluated. The optimum reaction conditions were as following: benzoyl peroxide(BPO) as initiator, reaction temperature of 20℃, reaction time of 1.5 h, 1.0:1.2 molar ratio of 1-octene to HBr. The typical yield of product is more than 80% with a purity of more than 99% after distillation. |
