| Synthesis of 4-Chloro-1,3-dioxolan-2-one with High Purity |

| Abstract：In order to obtain high purity of 4-chloro-1,3-dioxolan-2-one, both new chlorination reagent (HCl-DMF-MCPBA) and new microtubule reactor were used. The yield of target compound was up to 85% with a purity of 98%. |
