20%精甲·氰霜唑懸浮劑的高效液相色譜分析 |

| 摘 要：采用高效液相色譜法，使用正相手性柱，以v（正己烷）∶v（異丙醇）＝50∶50為流動(dòng)相，在流速為1.0 mL／min，檢測波長(cháng)為210 nm的條件下，對20%精甲·氰霜唑懸浮劑中的精甲霜靈進(jìn)行定量測定。使用反相ODS柱，以v（乙腈）∶v（水）＝65∶35為流動(dòng)相，在流速1.0 mL／min、檢測波長(cháng)280 nm的條件下，對20%精甲·氰霜唑懸浮劑中的氰霜唑進(jìn)行定量測定。結果表明，精甲霜靈和氰霜唑的線(xiàn)性相關(guān)系數分別為0.9990和0.9990，標準偏差分別為0.09和0.03，變異系數分別為0.008%和0.004%，平均回收率分別為99.96%和100.06%。 |

| Determination of Metalaxyl-M+Cyazofamid 20% SC by HPLC |

| Abstract：The content of Metalaxyl-M in Metalaxyl-M+Cyazofamid 20% SC was determined by HPLC using a normal phase chiral column, a mixture of n-hexane and isopropanol (50/50(v/v)) as mobile phase, a flowing rate of 1.0 mL/min, and a detection wavelength of 210 nm. The content of Cyazofamid in Metalaxyl-M+Cyazofamid 20% SC was determined by HPLC using a reverse phase ODS column, a mixture of acetonitrile and water (65/35(v/v)) as mobile phase, a flowing rate of 1.0 mL/min, and a detection wavelength of 280 nm. The experimental results indicated that the correlation coefficients of linearity for both Metalaxyl-M and Cyazofamid were 0.9990; the standard deviations were 0.09 and 0.03, respectively; the coefficient of variations were 0.008% and 0.004%, respectively; and the mean percent recoverys were 99.96% and 100.06%, respectively. |
